Measuring station and measurement manual. 6.1.1 BBL Company shall take accurate measurements of Exit Gas and Entry Gas Reverse Flow respectively consistent with industry standards and in accordance with the relevant regulations and as provided for in the Operating Manual and taking into account that the total uncertainty of the amount of energy on an Hourly basis shall not exceed zero decimal seven five (0.75) percent. 6.1.2 Any disputes regarding measurement will be settled by an Expert as provided for in Article 19.
