Quality control system. (i) The Contractor shall establish a quality control mechanism to ensure compliance with the provisions of this Agreement (the “Quality Assurance Plan” or “QAP”).
(ii) The Contractor shall, within 30 (thirty) days of the Appointed Date, submit to the Authority’s Engineer its Quality Assurance Plan which shall include the following:
(a) organisation, duties and responsibilities, procedures, inspections and documentation;
(b) quality control mechanism including sampling and testing of Materials, test frequencies, standards, acceptance criteria, testing facilities, reporting, recording and interpretation of test results, approvals, check list for site activities, and proforma for testing and calibration in accordance with the Specifications for Road and Bridge Works issued by MORTH, relevant IRC specifications and Good Industry Practice; and
(c) internal quality audit system. The Authority’s Engineer shall convey its approval to the Contractor within a period of 21 (twenty-one) days of receipt of the QAP stating the modifications, if any, required, and the Contractor shall incorporate those in the QAP to the extent required for conforming with the provisions of this Clause 11.2.
(iii) The Contractor shall procure all documents, apparatus and instruments, fuel, consumables, water, electricity, labour, Materials, samples, and qualified personnel as are necessary for examining and testing the Project Assets and workmanship in accordance with the Quality Assurance Plan.
(iv) The cost of testing of Construction, Materials and workmanship under this Article 11 shall be borne by the Contractor.
Quality control system. (a) SELLER shall provide and maintain a quality control system to an industry recognized Quality Standard and in compliance with any other specific quality requirements identified in this Contract.
(b) Records of all quality control inspection work by SELLER shall be kept complete and available to LOCKHEED XXXXXX and its customers.
Quality control system. 11.2.1 The Contractor shall establish a Quality ControlMechanism, Quality Assurance Plan (the “Quality Assurance Plan”or“QAP”), Material Testing Plan (the “Material Testing Plan”or“MTP”) and Method Statements for execution of works (the “Method Statements ”or“MS”) in consultation of Authority Engineer.
11.2.2 The Contractor shall, within 30 (thirty) days of the Appointed Date, submit to the Authority Engineer its Quality Control Mechanism, QAP, MTP and MSwhich shall include the following:
(a) organisation, duties and responsibilities, procedures, inspections and documentation;
(b) quality control mechanism including sampling and testing of Materials, tests required during the execution of works and frequencies by Contractor and Authority Engineer, standards, acceptance criteria, testing facilities, reporting, recording and interpretation of test results, approvals, check list for site activities, and proforma for testing and calibration in accordance with the Specifications and Standardsand Good Industry Practice; and
(c) internal quality audit system. The Contractor shall carry out internal audits of the Quality management System regulary, and at least once every 6 months. The Contractor shall submit to the AuthorityEngineer a report listing the results of each internal audit within 7 days of completion. Each report shall include, where appropriate, the proposed measures to improve and/or rectify the Quality Management System and/or its implementation. The Authority Engineer shall convey its comments to the Contractor within a period of 21 (twenty-one) days of receipt of the QAP stating the modifications, if any, required, and the Contractor shall incorporate those in the QAP to the extent required for conforming with the provisions of this Clause 11.2.
11.2.3 The Contractor shall procure all documents, apparatus and instruments, fuel, consumables, water, electricity, labour, Materials, samples, and qualified personnel as are necessary for examining and testing the Project Assets, Materials and workmanship in accordance with the Quality Assurance Plan.
11.2.4 The cost of testing of Construction, Materials and workmanship under this Article 11 shall be borne by the Contractor.

(b) quality control mechanism including sampling and testing of Materials, test frequencies, standards, acceptance criteria, testing facilities, reporting, recording and interpretation of test results, approvals, check list for site activities, and proforma for testing and calibration in accordance with the Specifications and Standards and Good Industry Practice; and
(c) internal quality audit system. The Employer's Engineer shall convey its comments to the Contractor within a period of 21 (twenty-one) days of receipt of the QAP stating the modifications, if any, required, and the Contractor shall incorporate those in the QAP to the extent required for conforming with the provisions of this Clause 11.2.

(iii) The Contractor shall procure all documents, apparatus and instruments, fuel, consumables, water, electricity, labour, Materials, samples, and qualified personnel as are necessary for examining and testing the Project Assets and workmanship in accordance with the Quality Assurance Plan.
(iv) The cost of testing of Construction, Materials and workmanship under this Article 11 shall be borne by the Contractor.
Quality control system. The Contractor shall prepare and submit for the Engineer's approval, not later than 21 days prior to the commencement of dredging and reclamation, his detailed proposals for a quality control system for the Dredging Works. The Engineer's written approval of the system shall be obtained prior to commencement of work and the system shall not be altered by the Contractor without the written permission of the Engineer. The quality control system shall clearly indicate, inter alia: - Contractor's personnel responsible for quality control; - Method of monitoring and determining the type of material being dredged; - Method of determining whether dredged material is suitable for sand fill; - System for obtaining approval from the Engineer's Representative for pumping sand into the sand reclamation areas and clay into the disposal area; - Method for monitoring the amount of fines being discharged from onland reclamation sites; - System for controlling the amount of fines being discharged from the onland reclamation sites.
Quality control system. 11.2.1 The Contractor shall establish a Quality Control Mechanism, Quality Assurance Plan (the “Quality Assurance Plan” or “QAP”), Material Testing Plan (the “Material Testing Plan” or “MTP”) and Method Statements for execution of works (the “Method Statements ” or “MS”) in consultation of Authority Engineer.

(c) internal quality audit system. The Authority’s Engineer shall convey its comments to the Contractor within a period of 21 (twenty-one) days of receipt of the QAP stating the modifications, if any, required, and the Contractor shall incorporate those in the QAP to the extent required for conforming with the provisions of this Clause 11.2.
11.2.3 The Contractor shall procure all documents, apparatus and instruments, fuel, consumables, water, electricity, labour, Materials, samples, and qualified personnel as are necessary for examining and testing the Project Assets, Materials and workmanship in accordance with the Quality Assurance Plan.
11.2.4 The cost of testing of Construction, Materials and workmanship under this Article 11 shall be borne by the Contractor.
Quality control system. 12.2.1 The Concessionaire shall establish a quality control mechanism to ensure compliance with the provisions of this Agreement (the “Quality Assurance Plan” or “QAP”) in accordance with ISO-9001.
12.2.2 The Concessionaire shall, within 30 (thirty) days of the Appointed Date, submit to the Authority‟s Engineer its Quality Assurance Plan which shall include the following:
(a) organisation, duties and responsibilities, procedures, inspections and Documentation;
(b) quality control mechanism including sampling and testing of Materials, test frequencies, standards, acceptance criteria, testing facilities, reporting, recording and interpretation of test results, approvals, check list for Site activities, and proforma for testing and calibration in accordance with the Specifications and Standards and Good Industry Practice; and
(c) internal quality audit system. The Authority‟s Engineer shall convey its comments to the Concessionaire within a period of 21 (twenty-one) days of receipt of the QAP stating the modifications, if any, required, and the Concessionaire shall incorporate those in the QAP to the extent required for conforming with the provisions of this Clause 12.2.
12.2.3 The Concessionaire shall procure all Documents, apparatus and instruments, fuel, consumables, water, electricity, labour, Materials, samples, and qualified personnel as are necessary for examining and testing the Project Assets, Materials and workmanship in accordance with the Quality Assurance Plan.
12.2.4 The cost of testing of Construction, Materials and workmanship under this Article 12 shall be borne by the Concessionaire.

(iii) The Contractor shall procure all documents, apparatus and instruments, fuel, consumables, water, electricity, labour, Materials, samples, and qualified personnel as are necessary for examining and testing the Project Assets and workmanship in accordance with the Quality Assurance Plan.
(iv) The cost of testing of Construction, Materials and workmanship under this Article 11 shall be borne by the Contractor.
