  • Uniform Commercial Code Remedies Mortgagee may exercise any or all of the remedies granted to a secured party under the Uniform Commercial Code in the State in which the Property is located.

  • Security of Access Code You may use one (1) or more access codes with your electronic fund transfers. The access codes issued to you are for your security purposes.   • UCC The Trustee agrees to file continuation statements for any Uniform Commercial Code financing statements which the Seller has informed the Trustee were filed on the Closing Date in connection with the Trust. The Seller shall file any financing statements or amendments thereto required by any change in the Uniform Commercial Code.

  • SECURITY CODES If the Custodian issues to the Company security codes, passwords or test keys in order that it may verify that certain transmissions of information, including Proper Instructions, have been originated by the Company, the Company shall take all commercially reasonable steps to safeguard any security codes, passwords, test keys or other security devices which the Custodian shall make available.
