SECURITY CODES. If the Custodian issues to the Company security codes, passwords or test keys in order that it may verify that certain transmissions of information, including Proper Instructions, have been originated by the Company, the Company shall take all commercially reasonable steps to safeguard any security codes, passwords, test keys or other security devices which the Custodian shall make available.

If the Custodian issues to the Fund security codes, passwords or test keys in order that it may verify that certain transmissions of information, including Proper Instructions, have been originated by the Fund, the Fund shall safeguard any security codes, passwords, test keys or other security devices which the Custodian shall make available, and shall be liable for any damages resulting from the failure to so safeguard or use by unauthorized Persons.

If the Custodian has issued to the Customer (or any duly-authorized agent thereof) security codes, passwords, or test keys in order that the Custodian may verify that certain transmissions of information, including Proper Instructions, have been originated by the Customer (or such agent), the Custodian shall be kept indemnified by and be without liability to the Customer or the Customer Assets for any action taken or omitted by it in reliance upon receipt by the Custodian of transmissions of information with the proper security code or password, including instructions purporting to be Proper Instructions, which the Custodian reasonably believes to be from the Customer (or its duly-authorized agent). The Customer shall, and procure that any duly-authorized agent shall, safeguard any security codes, passwords, test keys or other security devices which the Custodian shall make available.

SECURITY CODES. You will be provided an identification code for your use of the Online Services, or you may be required to select or create one or more alphanumeric codes, images, phrases, questions with a matching answer, or you may be required to use a fingerprint sensor (available on certain mobile devices), or Face recognition feature, or other types of security techniques, all of which are referred to together and separately as your "Security Codes". We require you to use the Security Codes to gain access to the Online Services, and you will not be allowed to access the Online Services without your Security Codes. From time to time, we may require you to select or create different Security Codes and may change the types of security techniques used to access the Online Services. You agree that use of your Security Codes and any other required security techniques will authenticate your identity and verify the instructions you provide to us. You also agree that we may send notices and other communications about our security techniques and your Security Codes, including designations and confirmations of specific Security Codes, to your current address and/or e-mail address shown on our records. You agree to keep your Security Codes secure and strictly confidential. If you permit or direct other persons to use these Online Services, you are responsible for any transactions they authorize or conduct on any of your Accounts. Some mobile devices have the ability to store multiple fingerprints or facial images, allowing family, friends or other users access to your device. Because the Mobile App uses your device’s stored fingerprint or facial data to grant access to your Account(s), either do not use the Mobile App if you are sharing your mobile device with a person who is not authorized to access your Account(s) or do not register multiple fingerprints on your mobile device. It could result in an unauthorized person having access to your Account(s). You agree to hold us harmless from any unauthorized transactions or changes to your Account(s) resulting from the sharing of your mobile device. For your protection, you should memorize your Security Codes and not keep any notation of your Security Codes on or with your computer or mobile device. Where possible, you should change your Security Codes regularly. If the Trustee has issued to the Client, or to any Investment Manager appointed by the Client, security codes or passwords in order that the Trustee may verify that certain transmissions of information, including directions or instructions, have been originated by the Client or the Investment Manager, as the case may be, the Trustee shall be kept indemnified by and be without liability to the Client for any action taken or omitted by it in reliance upon receipt by the Trustee of transmissions of information with the proper security code or password, including communications purporting to be directions or instructions, which the Trustee reasonably believes to be from the Client or Investment Manager.

SECURITY CODES. Bank One may elect to establish a unique security code which shall be assigned to Company exclusively and shall be used to establish authentication for Entries sent to Bank One by Company according to the conditions set forth in Section 5 of the Agreement. For each batch or file of Entries sent by Company, Company shall supply Bank One with this unique security code as well as the information set forth in Section 2 of this Schedule B. Company may be requested to provide dial back numbers in order to initiate electronic transmission of files.
