Mechanical Completion and Final Completion. If any portion of the Capex Amounts remains in dispute on the eightieth (80th) day following completion of the Environmental Compliance Projects, such disputed portion shall be resolved in accordance with the arbitration provisions of Section 2.6.4.1 and paid within thirty (30) days after the final arbitration decision is rendered.
