Mechanical Maintenance Sample Clauses
The Mechanical Maintenance clause outlines the responsibilities and requirements for maintaining mechanical systems or equipment within a property or facility. Typically, it specifies which party is responsible for routine inspections, repairs, and servicing of items such as HVAC systems, elevators, or production machinery, and may set standards for the frequency and quality of maintenance. By clearly assigning maintenance duties, this clause helps prevent disputes over equipment upkeep, ensures operational reliability, and reduces the risk of costly breakdowns or safety hazards.
