Common use of Mechanical Rights Clause in Contracts

Mechanical Rights. The Licensor hereby grants to Licensee an exclusive License to use Master Recording in the reproduction, duplication, manufacture, and distribution of phonograph records, cassette tapes, compact disks, internet downloads, other and miscellaneous audio and digital recordings, and any lifts and versions thereof (collectively ,”Recordings”) worldwide for up to the pressing or selling a total of unlimited copies of such Recordings or any combination of such Recordings.

Mechanical Rights. The Licensor hereby grants to Licensee an a non-exclusive License to use Master Recording in the reproduction, duplication, manufacture, and distribution of phonograph records, cassette tapes, compact disks, internet downloads, other and miscellaneous audio and digital recordings, and any lifts and versions thereof (collectively ,”Recordings”) worldwide for up to the pressing or selling a total of unlimited copies of such Recordings or any combination of such Recordings.

Mechanical Rights. The Licensor hereby grants to Licensee an a non-exclusive License to use Master Recording in the reproduction, duplication, manufacture, and distribution of phonograph records, cassette tapes, compact disks, internet downloads, other and miscellaneous audio and digital recordings, and any lifts and versions thereof (collectively ,”Recordings”) worldwide for up to the pressing or selling a total of unlimited copies of such Recordings or any combination of such Recordings.

Mechanical Rights. The Licensor hereby grants to Licensee an exclusive License license to use Master Recording in the reproduction, duplication, manufacture, and distribution of phonograph records, cassette tapes, compact disksdisk, internet digital downloads, other and miscellaneous audio and digital recordings, and any lifts and versions thereof (collectively ,”collectively, the "Recordings”", and individually, a "Recordings") worldwide for up to the pressing or selling a total of unlimited copies of such Recordings or any combination of such Recordings, condition upon the payment to the Licensor a sum of $0.00 US Dollars, receipt of which is confirmed.

Mechanical Rights. The Licensor hereby grants to Licensee an exclusive License license to use Master Recording in the reproduction, duplication, manufacture, and distribution of phonograph records, cassette tapes, compact disksdisk, internet digital downloads, other and miscellaneous audio and digital recordings, and any lifts and versions thereof (collectively ,”collectively, the "Recordings”", and individually, a "Recordings") worldwide for up to the pressing or selling a total of unlimited copies of such Recordings or any combination of such Recordings, condition upon the payment to the Licensor a sum of $400.00 US Dollars, receipt of which is confirmed.

The Licensor hereby grants to Licensee an exclusive License to use Master Recording in the reproduction, duplication, manufacture, and distribution of phonograph records, cassette tapes, compact disks, internet downloads, other and miscellaneous audio and digital recordings, and any lifts and versions thereof (collectively ,”"Recordings”") worldwide for up to the pressing or selling a total of unlimited copies of such Recordings or any combination of such Recordings. Additionally, Licensor shall be permitted to distribute unlimited internet downloads for non-profit and non-commercial use.

Additionally, Licensor shall be permitted to distribute unlimited internet downloads for non-profit and non-commercial use.

Mechanical Rights. The Licensor hereby grants to the Licensee an a non- exclusive License to use Master Recording in the reproduction, duplication, manufacture, and distribution of phonograph records, cassette tapes, compact disksdisk, internet digital downloads, other and miscellaneous audio and digital recordings, and any lifts and versions thereof (collectively ,”collectively, the "Recordings”", and individually, a "Recording") worldwide for up to the pressing or selling a total of unlimited 2,500 copies of such Recordings or any combination of such Recordings.

Mechanical Rights. The Licensor hereby grants to the Licensee an a non- exclusive License to use Master Recording in the reproduction, duplication, manufacture, and distribution of phonograph records, cassette tapes, compact disksdisk, internet digital downloads, other and miscellaneous audio and digital recordings, and any lifts and versions thereof (collectively ,”collectively, the "Recordings”", and individually, a "Recording") worldwide for up to the pressing or selling a total of unlimited 10,000 copies of such Recordings or any combination of such Recordings.

The Licensor hereby grants to the Licensee an exclusive License permit to use Master Recording in the reproduction, duplication, manufacture, and distribution of phonograph records, cassette tapes, compact disksdisk, internet digital downloads, other and miscellaneous audio and digital recordings, and any lifts and versions thereof (collectively ,”collectively, the "Recordings", and individually, a “Recording”) worldwide for up to the pressing or selling a total of unlimited copies of such Recordings or any combination of such Recordings.

Additionally, Licensor shall be permitted to distribute unlimited internet downloads for profit and commercial use.

Additionally, Licensee shall be permitted to distribute unlimited internet downloads for non-profit and non-commercial use.
