Mechanical. (a) All units will be cleaned to eliminate any debris in all ducts. (b) Thermostats to be added or relocated shall be approved as to location by Lessee. (c) Landlord Mechanical Contractor to balance HVAC system if new or redesign, reconfigure and re-balance the existing HVAC system as required and will provide a final report to Lessee.
