Strategic Labor Management Committee (1) Appointment and Composition A Joint Strategic Labor Management Committee (Strategic Committee) shall be established consisting of for the Company: the Chief Executive Officer, Vice President of Labor Relations and one (1) additional designee and for the Union: the Chair of the Union’s Negotiating Committee, the Secretary of the Union’s Negotiating Committee and one (1) additional designee.
