Medi-Cal Eligibility Data System (MEDS) and MEDS Monthly Extract File (MMEF. In instances where a contractor is utilized to develop a health information system for Kern County CCS program, the contractor shall enter into a Medi-Cal Privacy and Security Agreement (PSA) with the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) prior to obtaining access to MEDS and the MMEF. The contractor agrees to comply with the provisions as specified in the PSA. Kern County CCS program shall certify annually that contractor is in compliance with the PSA agreement. Failure to comply with the terms of the PSA will result in the termination of access to MEDS and MMEF [42 United States Code (U.S.C.) § 1396a(a)(7),3 42 CFR § 431.300 (a),4 42 CFR § 431.306(b),5 Welfare and Institutions (W&I) Code §14100.2 (a)].6

  • Dimensions Education Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience. A minimum of 10 years of IT and business/industry work experience, with at least 3 years of leadership experience in managing multiple, large, cross-functional teams or projects, and influencing senior level management and key stakeholders. Requires advanced technical and business knowledge in software development life cycle, quality assurance, project management and other related disciplines/processes.

  • Definitions As used in this Agreement, the following terms shall have the following meanings:

  • WHEREAS the Company desires the Warrant Agent to act on behalf of the Company, and the Warrant Agent is willing to so act, in connection with the issuance, registration, transfer, exchange, redemption and exercise of the Warrants; and
