Media and formats; technical modifications allowed. The Licensor authorizes You to exercise the Licensed Rights in all media and formats whether now known or hereafter created, and to make technical modifications necessary to do so. The Licensor waives and/or agrees not to assert any right or authority to forbid You from making technical modifications necessary to exercise the Licensed Rights, including technical modifications necessary to circumvent Effective Technological Measures. For purposes of this Public License, simply making modifications authorized by this Section 2(a)(4) never produces Adapted Material.

  • Contents of Personnel File A. Adverse statements prepared by the County shall not be included in an employee's official personnel file unless a copy is provided to the employee.

  • Software and Documentation Licensee may make as many copies of the Software necessary for it to use the Software as licensed. Each copy of the Software made by Licensee must contain the same copyright and other notices that appear on the original copy. Licensee will not modify the Documentation. Documentation may: (a) only be used to support Licensee’s use of the Software; (b) not be republished or redistributed to any unauthorized third party; and (c) not be distributed or used to conduct training for which Licensee, or any other party, receives a fee. Licensee will not copy any system schema reference document related to the Software.

  • Notification of Modifications of Licensed Materials From time to time, Licensor may add, change, or modify portions of the Licensed Materials, or migrate the Licensed Materials to other formats. When such changes, modifications, or migrations occur, the Licensor shall give notice of any such changes to Licensee as soon as is practicable, but in no event less than thirty (30) days in advance of modification. If any of the changes, modifications, or migrations renders the Licensed Materials substantially less useful to the Licensee or its Authorized Users, the Licensee may seek to terminate this Agreement for breach pursuant to the termination provisions of this Agreement in Section 6, below.
