Common use of Mediation Body Clause in Contracts

Mediation Body. A mediation body for the Metalektro has been set up, hereinafter referred to as the ‘Mediation Body’. The Mediation Body performs its duties with due observance of the Regulations governing the Mediation Body; see Annex E to this collective agreement.
