Medicaid Information. The Business Associate acknowledges that all information related to the Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) and the Medicaid program is confidential, disclosure must be restricted to purposes directly connected with the administration of the CHIP and Medicaid State Plans, and Business Associate must comply with 42 C.F.R. 431.300 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 10:49-9.7.
