MEDICAL AND DEPENDENT CARE. REIMBURSEMENT PROGRAM β FLEXIBLE SPENDING PLAN A Flexible Spending Account Plan is available for employees. Best Flex is a program established by West Ottawa and allowed under Section 125 of the Internal Revenue Code which allows participants the opportunity to pay for certain medical, dependent care, and/or insurance premium conversion plan expenses with pre-tax rather than after-tax dollars. Employees must fill out forms before the start of the plan year. Forms and information may be obtained from the Human Resources Department.
