Common use of Medical and Welfare Benefits Clause in Contracts

Medical and Welfare Benefits. Except as otherwise addressed in this Section 2.5, during the Employment Period, Executive (and, in the case of medical coverage, her dependents) shall be entitled to participate in any vacation, pension, medical, retirement and other benefit plans and programs generally available to the Company’s senior officers and directors, provided that Executive and her dependents meet all eligibility requirements under those plans and programs. Executive and her dependents shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the plans and programs, including, without limitation, the Company’s right to amend or terminate the plans and programs at any time and without prior notice to the participants.
