Common use of Medical Escort and Transfer Clause in Contracts

Medical Escort and Transfer. for out-patient and in-patient treatment shall be handled; how coverage shall be provided for inmates who are in-patients at hospitals; and how the responsibility of transporting or transferring inmates to other facilities shall be handled must be submitted and approved by the Contract Manager prior to the Service Commencement Date. These assignments are to be reflected and identified on the Security Post Chart consistent with FDC rules, policy and procedures.
