Common use of Medical Executive Reimbursement Plan Clause in Contracts

Medical Executive Reimbursement Plan. During the Period of Employment, the Company will provide the Executive, and the Executive’s spouse and dependent children, with a Medical Executive Reimbursement Plan, subject to the terms and conditions of such plan. Reimbursement under said plan shall be limited to a maximum of fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000) in any calendar year.
