Common use of Medical Records and Prescription Records Clause in Contracts

Medical Records and Prescription Records. Program Participants are responsible for obtaining and submitting, through their counsel, if represented, the Medical Records and Prescription Records required for a Claim Package. With respect to their Medical Records and Prescription Records, and any additional records submitted, Program Participants consent to review of such records by the Claims Administrator (and those employed, or engaged by, the Claims Administrator), NPC, Organon, the Special Master, and the courts.
