MEDICATION AND MEDICAL PROCEDURES. 53:01 An employee shall not be required to perform health support services. Employees may be required to dispense medication in accordance with Board Policy 312, Administration of Medication to Students. 53:02 The employer shall, through existing or supplementary insurance coverage, adequately insure personnel against claims arising from the administration of medication and/or the performance of health support services and procedures.
