Meeting Among Managers. The managers shall meet at a mutually acceptable time and place within thirty (30) days after the receipt of the notice to exchange relevant information and to attempt to resolve the Dispute. The managers may involve a third-party mediator, if they so choose. If a manager intends to be accompanied at a meeting by legal counsel, the other Party’s manager shall be given at least three (3) business days’ notice of such intention and may also be accompanied by legal counsel.
