Common use of Meeting by Telephone Clause in Contracts

Meeting by Telephone. The Members may participate in a meeting by means of conference telephone or similar communications equipment by which all Members participating in the meeting can hear each other at the same time. Such participation will constitute presence in person at the meeting and waiver of any required notice.
