Meeting Called by Trustee. The -------------------------- Trustee may at any time call a meeting of the Beneficiaries of the Trust to be held at such time and at such place within the State of Delaware (or elsewhere if so determined by a majority of the Trustees) as the Trustee shall determine. Written notice of every meeting of the Beneficiaries shall be given by the Trustee (except as provided in Section 12.3), which written notice will set forth the time and place of such meeting and in general terms the action proposed to be taken at such meeting, and shall be mailed not more than sixty (60) nor less than ten (10) days before such meeting is to be held to all of the Beneficiaries of record not more than sixty (60) days before the date of such meeting.
