Meeting Costs, Schedules and Locations. A. Union committee members shall be compensated at their regular straight- time rate, including travel time and mileage, not to exceed eight (8) hours. The Union shall be responsible for compensation and travel expenses for any Union observers or Union subject matter experts. B. The LMC shall meet at reasonable times and places as mutually agreed and shall meet at least quarterly. C.
