Common use of Meeting Times and Places Clause in Contracts

Meeting Times and Places. a. The representatives from employee groups will meet on a regular basis to plan Meet and Confer agendas and schedule Meet and Confer meetings. b. The Meet and Confer process will commence at the beginning of the school year at times and places mutually agreeable to all parties. c. A good faith effort will be made to complete the succeeding year’s compensation package by May 1 of each year.
