Meetings and Exchange of Information. The Parties shall regularly meet to discuss any and all matters relating to the operations conducted pursuant to this Agreement. Said meeting shall occur at least once every calendar quarter. The Parties shall provide each other the following information relating to the properties covered by the Gathering Services and Gathering System at each such meeting:
