Common use of MEETINGS BETWEEN THE UNIVERSITY AND THE SPONSOR Clause in Contracts

MEETINGS BETWEEN THE UNIVERSITY AND THE SPONSOR. During the term of this Agreement, representatives of the University will meet with representatives of the Sponsor at times and places mutually agreed upon to discuss the progress and results, as well as ongoing plans, or changes therein, of the Sponsored Research to be performed hereunder. The Sponsor shall reimburse the University for all reasonable out-of-pocket expenses incurred by the University and University employees in connection with any such meetings that are held at locations other than the Medical College.
