Reports and Conferences. 3.1 Written program reports shall be provided by University to Sponsor every six (6) months, and a final report shall be submitted by University within forty-five (45) days of the conclusion of the Contract Period, or the earlier termination of this Agreement.
3.2 During the term of this Agreement, representatives of University will meet with representatives of Sponsor at times and places mutually agreed upon to discuss the progress and results, as well as ongoing plans, or changes therein, of the Project to be performed hereunder.
Reports and Conferences. 3.1 Project reports will be provided by University to Sponsor as may be set forth on Appendix A, and a final report will be submitted by University at the conclusion of the Agreement Term or earlier termination of this Agreement.
3.2 During the Agreement Term, representatives of University will meet with representatives of Sponsor at such reasonable times and places as may be set forth in Appendix A to discuss the progress and results of, as well as ongoing plans or changes for, the Project.
Reports and Conferences. 3.1 University shall provide written progress reports to Sponsor. During the term of this Agreement, representatives of University and Sponsor shall discuss, at mutually convenient times, the progress and results of the Project, ongoing plans for the Project, and any proposed changes to the Project.
Reports and Conferences. 4.1 Written quarterly reports relating to COMPANY's in-kind contributions are required and shall be forwarded within fifteen (15) days after the end of each quarter to UNH Sponsored Programs Administration (SPA) as indicated in Attachment I. COMPANY’S in-kind contributions must be fully documented within thirty (30) days of Project Period end date. All in-kind reports will be submitted using the form provided herewith as Attachment I.
4.2 It is expected that the UNH Project Director will make periodic reports to COMPANY, as necessary. A final technical report will be provided in writing to the NHIRC by the COMPANY and the UNH Project Director within thirty (30) days of Project completion
4.3 During the term of this Agreement, representatives of UNH through the NHIRC may meet with representatives of COMPANY at times and places mutually agreed upon to discuss the progress and results, as well as ongoing plans, or changes therein, of Project to be performed hereunder.
4.4 COMPANY agrees to participate in and provide feedback as to the economic impact resulting from the Project provided that the COMPANY is not required to release proprietary or confidential information.
Reports and Conferences. D-7.5.1 The evaluator shall discuss progress with each probationary employee and provide a written progress report by January 30. The written progress report will include performance expectations, performance indicators, strategies, and a reasonable timeline for improvement.
D-7.5.2 The evaluator shall provide each employee with a summative evaluation draft no later than April 15. The draft should include preliminary ratings for both Professional Practice and Measures of Student Learning. Any probationary teachers who will be non- renewed for any reason, must receive their draft summative evaluation prior to the non-renewal notice.
D-7.5.3 The summative evaluation must be finalized in MyPassport by May 1, and ratings must include a Professional Practice, Measures of Student Learning, and Overall Effectiveness Rating. A probationary employee whose performance has been determined to be such as to justify dismissal or non-renewal by the principal may request a review of the decision by the Superintendent or his/her/their designee. The decision of the Superintendent or his/her/their designee shall be final. D-8 NON-PROBATIONARY EMPLOYEES: LEVEL I Level one is designated to encourage risk taking, reduce the stress often attached to the evaluation process, and build a sense of collaboration between the employee and the evaluator. The process should be meaningful and relevant while allowing for a great deal of flexibility and streamlining. The employee, in collaboration with the designated evaluator, is responsible for orchestrating his/her/their own evaluation in accordance with BVSD’s data collection and reporting procedures. By September 15, the evaluator will meet with employees, individually, or in a general meeting, to authorize the evaluation process, timelines, clarify roles, and discuss how the parties involved will work with one another throughout the process. The educator will draft an evaluation plan which will include conducting a self- reflection, setting SMART professional growth goals, identifying his/her/their current and desired state, and any additional information relevant to the goal.
Reports and Conferences. 3.1 If so requested, a final written report shall be submitted by Institution within 60 days of the conclusion of the Contract Period, or early termination of this Agreement.
3.2 If so requested by the Sponsor during the term of this Agreement, representatives of Institution will meet with representatives of Sponsor at times and places mutually agreed upon to discuss the progress and results, as well as ongoing plans, or changes therein, of Project to be performed hereunder.
Reports and Conferences. 3.1 Leicester will submit a final report to the Sponsor within three (3) months of:-
3.1.1 the end of the Contract Period; or if earlier
3.1.2 the termination of this Agreement.
3.2 During the term of this Agreement, representatives of Leicester will meet or otherwise communicate with representatives of the Sponsor at agreed times and places to discuss the progress and Results, ongoing plans and proposed changes in the Project. In addition to the Costs, the Sponsor will pay travel costs reasonably incurred by Principal Investigators or other Leicester representatives as may be required to attend such meetings with representatives of the Sponsor.
Reports and Conferences. 3.1 A written final report summarizing the findings shall be submitted by University within Sixty (60) days of the conclusion of the Contract Period, or early termination of this Agreement.
3.2 During the contract period of this Agreement, representatives of University will meet with representatives of Sponsor at times and places mutually agreed upon to discuss the progress and results, as well as ongoing plans, or changes therein, of Project to be performed hereunder.
Reports and Conferences. 3.1 University's Principal Investigator shall make up to four (4) oral reports each year as requested by Sponsor and shall submit written progress/program reports on a yearly basis and as specific phases of work are completed. A final report shall be submitted by University within forty five (45) days of the conclusion of the Contract Period, or early termination of this Agreement.
3.2 If necessary, during the term of this Agreement, representatives of the University will meet the representatives of Sponsor at times and places mutually agreed upon to discuss the * Confidential treatment has been requested for marked portion progress and results, as well as ongoing plans, or changes therein, of the Project Work to be performed hereunder.
Reports and Conferences. 3.1 Written progress reports shall be provided by University to Sponsor upon reasonable request or upon completion of each phase of the Project as detailed in Appendix A as applicable. A final report shall be submitted by University within ninety (90) days of the conclusion of the Contract Period, or early termination of this Agreement.
3.2 During the term of this Agreement, representatives of University will meet with representatives of Sponsor at times and places mutually agreed upon to discuss the progress and results, as well as ongoing plans or changes.
