Common use of Meetings by Telephone Clause in Contracts

Meetings by Telephone. The Trustees may meet in person to conduct the business of the Trust or they may conduct such business by telephone as long as a quorum of Trustees is present on the telephone at the time business is conducted in which case such telephone call shall be deemed to constitute a meeting of the Trustees.
