MEETINGS OF NOTEHOLDERS, MODIFICATION AND WAIVER. The Agency Agreement contains provisions for convening meetings of the Noteholders (including by way of conference call or by use of a videoconference platform) to consider any matter affecting their interests, including the sanctioning by Extraordinary Resolution of a modification of the Notes, the Receipts, the Coupons or any of the provisions of the Agency Agreement.
