Common use of Meetings of the Commission Clause in Contracts

Meetings of the Commission. A. Regular meetings of the Commission shall be held at such times and places as shall be established by the Commission by resolution. B. All meetings of the Commission including regular, adjourned regular and special meetings shall be called, noticed, held and conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Xxxxx X. Xxxxx Act, Section 54950 through 54960 of the Government Code of the State of California, and other applicable provisions of law.
