Call, Notice and Conduct of Meetings. All meetings of the Board shall be noticed, held, and conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Xxxxx X. Xxxxx Act, California Government Code sections 54950, et seq. As soon as practicable, but no later than the time of posting, the Secretary or Clerk shall provide a copy of the posted agenda to each Member and Board Member. Board Members may attend meetings remotely (via telephone, video conferencing, etc.) with full voting rights, to the extent practicable and as permitted by law.

  • Conduct of Meetings Any meeting of the Board (or any committee of the Board) may be held in person or by telephone conference or similar communications equipment by means of which all persons participating in the meeting can hear each other, and such participation in a meeting shall constitute presence in person at such meeting.
