As soon as practicable, but no later than the time of posting, the Secretary or Clerk shall provide a copy of the posted agenda to each Member and Board Member. Board Members may attend meetings remotely (via telephone, video conferencing, etc.) with full voting rights, to the extent practicable and as permitted by law.
