Common use of Meetings of the Committees Clause in Contracts

Meetings of the Committees. The JMC and the Development Committee may meet by telephone, video teleconference or in person at such times as are agreeable to the members of each such committee. Attendance at meetings shall be at the respective expense of the participating Parties. Alexion and XOMA shall alternate the right to determine the location of each meeting. A quorum for the conduct of business at each meeting shall require the attendance of at least one Alexion member and at least one XOMA member.
