Scope Management. It is the objective of the Parties to promote and detail the Products to the Target Audience during the Co-Promotion Period. To achieve this, the Parties agree as follows:
Scope ManagementContractor shall develop a scope management plan which contains the Project scope related activities from initial Project scope definition to execution activities ensuring scope fulfillment according to plans and managing possible scope changes.
Scope Management. During the period of this contract the XipLink shall notify the Gogo Program Manager, in writing, of any activity that is requested that is not covered in the stated requirements for this work scope. If the Gogo Program Manager determines that the work activity is outside the scope of this contract, then further discussions will be held to clearly define the new requirements and its impact to schedule and cost. If appropriate, this statement of work will be amended to address the work scope change. No payment will be made for activities performed outside of the scope of this SOW without prior written consent of the Gogo Program Manager and the XipLink Program Manager.

Scope Management. The Project Agreement and Requirements documents are the baseline for project work, and will be used for project and product acceptance. They are “living documents” and can be changed per the change management process. Approved changes to scope will be made, following the documented Change Management process, using a Change Request form. The Scope of Work will be updated with changes by the PM, and circulated for review. VirnetX will approve the documentation change by signing an addendum signature page. Changes to Scope can be communicated by any stakeholder with a change request form to the Magenic Lead, but will require approval by the designated VirnetX point of contact, per the Change Management process before work can proceed.
Scope Management. The City will provide monthly progress reports to Sound Transit indicating the amount spent and estimated cost to complete each scope element. If actual costs are anticipated to exceed the cost estimates of Exhibit A, the Designated Representatives (or designees) will prepare a mutually agreeable cost estimate to complete the work and develop and appropriate course of action, which may include amending this Agreement.
