Meetings of the Executive Board. h) The Executive Board shall hold a meeting at least once every calendar month and at such other time as may be requested by the CEO. Meetings shall be held at the headquarters of the Joint Venture or as may otherwise be agreed by the Executive Board. Any member of the Executive Board may attend any meeting via teleconference unless the CEO notifies the other members that such meeting must be held with the attendance of all members in person.
