Common use of Meetings of the Membership Clause in Contracts

Meetings of the Membership. Regular meetings of the Membership may be held periodically on fixed, predetermined dates and times if a majority of the Members determines that regular meetings should be held and fixes the dates and times for such meetings in advance and each Member is notified of such action. Other meetings of the Membership may be called at any time by a majority of the Members.
