Common use of Meetings on District Property Clause in Contracts

Meetings on District Property. The Association and its representatives shall have the right to hold a reasonable number of official meetings per year on District property, related to the Association’s role as bargaining agent for bargaining unit employees, provided that such meetings in no way interfere with District use of said property and provided that when special custodial service is required, the Association will reimburse the District for the cost of same.
