Common use of Meetings where Notes in Global Form Clause in Contracts

Meetings where Notes in Global Form. The holder of a Global Note will be treated as being two persons for the purposes of any quorum requirements of a meeting of Noteholders and, at any such meeting will be treated as having one vote in respect of each minimum Denomination of Notes represented by such Global Note. Each holder of Registered Notes is entitled to one vote per Note in such Noteholder’s holding, whether or not represented by a Global Certificate.
