Meetings with Financial Analysts. The Company shall notify GE reasonably in advance of the date of all scheduled meetings and conference calls to be held between the Company and members of the investment community (including any financial analysts), and of any conferences to be attended by management of the Company with members of the investment community, and shall consult with GE as to the appropriate timing for all such meetings, calls and conferences. The Company shall not schedule such meeting or call or attend such conference on any date to which GE reasonably objects. The foregoing shall not require the Company to notify GE of one-on-one discussions between management of the Company and members of the investment community (including any financial analysts).
