Common use of Meetings with the Owner Clause in Contracts

Meetings with the Owner. Contractor shall schedule and conduct meetings with the Owner, Design Professional, Separate Contractors, and appropriate Subcontractors, not less than biweekly, for the purpose of discussing the status and progress of the Work. Such meetings shall be held as often as Owner determines.
