Common use of Meets Standard Clause in Contracts

Meets Standard. The school materially complies with applicable laws, rules, regulations and provisions of the charter contract relating to the handling of information, including but not limited to: • Maintaining the security of and providing access to student records under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act and other applicable authorities • Complying with the Uniform Information Practices Act and other applicable authorities • Transferring of student records • Proper and secure maintenance of testing materials
