Common use of Meets Standard Clause in Contracts

Meets Standard. The school meets the standard if it satisfies each of the criteria statements described for the indicator OR if the authorizer currently has no evidence or information to indicate the school does not meet the criteria statements. Working to Meet Standard: There is evidence to indicate the school does not, or at some point in the school year did not, satisfy the criteria statements described for the indicator AND within 30 days after receiving a notification of non-compliance, the school submitted evidence to demonstrate immediate correction of any outstanding matters AND submitted a corrective action plan to prevent future occurrences of the same concern.
