Common use of MEMBER CERTIFICATION Clause in Contracts

MEMBER CERTIFICATION. By signing this Agreement below, Member hereby certifies that, to the best of Member’s knowledge, all of the information provided in the Application To Interconnect Small Generation 100 kW or Less is true and correct, the Generator will comply with the Interconnection Standard, and that Member has received and reviewed this Agreement.

MEMBER CERTIFICATION. By signing this Agreement “Interconnection Agreement” below, Member hereby certifies thatcertifies, that to the best of Member’s knowledge, all of the information provided in the Application To Interconnect Small Generation of 100 kW or Less is true and correct, the Generator will comply with the Interconnection Standard, and that Member has received and reviewed this Agreement.

MEMBER CERTIFICATION. By signing this Agreement “Interconnection Agreement” below, Member hereby certifies thatcertifies, that to the best of Member’s knowledge, all of the information provided in the Application To Interconnect Small Generation 100 of 25 kW or Less is true and correct, the Generator will comply with the Interconnection Standard, and that Member has received and reviewed this Agreement.

MEMBER CERTIFICATION. By signing this Agreement below, Member hereby certifies that, to the best of Member’s knowledge, all of the information provided in the Application To Interconnect Small Generation 100 150 kW or Less is true and correct, the Generator will comply with the Interconnection Standard, and that Member has received and reviewed this Agreement.
