MEMBER OF THE IMMEDIATE FAMILY. The term "Member of the Immediate Family" shall mean, with respect to any individual, each spouse, parent, brother, sister or child of such individual, each trust created in whole or in part for the benefit of the aforementioned and each custodian or guardian of any property of one or more of the aforementioned.
