Members and Officers Commitments. Each Council shall use its reasonable endeavours to procure that their respective members and officers who are involved in the City Deal shall at all times act in the best interests of the City Deal, and act with regard to each Council's own employer and member codes of conduct, devote sufficient resources to deliver the City Deal and respond in a timely manner to all relevant requests from the other Councils.
