MEMBERS' COMPENSATION, EXPENSES. The Employer must appoint an Advisory Committee to administer the Plan, the members of which may or may not be Participants in the Plan, or which may be the Plan Administrator acting alone. In the absence of an Advisory Committee appointment, the Plan Administrator assumes the powers, duties and responsibilities of the Advisory Committee. The members of the Advisory Committee will serve without compensation for services as such, but the Employer will pay all expenses of the Advisory Committee, except to the extent the Trust properly pays for such expenses, pursuant to Article X.
