MEMBERS' COMPENSATION, EXPENSES. The Employer must appoint an Advisory Committee to administer the Plan, the members of which may or may not be Participants in the Plan, or which may be the Plan Administrator acting alone. The members of the Advisory Committee will serve without compensation for services as such, but the Employer will pay all expenses of the Advisory Committee, including the expense for any bond required under ERISA.
