Common use of Members of Departments Clause in Contracts

Members of Departments. The members of a department shall be all employees appointed to that department, including employees holding cross-appointments under clause 13.9 and employees appointed to that department who have been seconded to an administrative position in accordance with clause 17.2 (Seconded Employees).

Members of Departments.
