Members of the college. wide promotion-to-associate- professor review committee shall be tenured bargaining unit members holding the rank of associate professor or professor, or the title of Distinguished Professor. Candidates applying for promotion to associate professor, but not applying for tenure, shall be reviewed by the college-wide promotion-to- associate-professor review committee.
