Members of the Same Group. As of the Effective Date, the Obligors are members of the same group of companies for the purposes of Section 243 of the Companies Xxx 0000 of Ireland.
Members of the Same Group. For the purposes of this clause, all Shareholders who are members of the same Group shall be deemed to be one Shareholder and shall act together in the exercise of their rights and be jointly and severally liable under this clause.
