Common use of Members, Officers, Directors and Employees Commitments Clause in Contracts

Members, Officers, Directors and Employees Commitments. Each Party shall use its reasonable endeavours to procure that their respective members, officers, directors and employees who are involved in the Growth Deal shall at all times act in the best interests of the Growth Deal, and act with regard to each Party's own employer and member codes of conduct, devote sufficient resources to deliver the Growth Deal and respond in a timely manner to all relevant requests from the other Parties.
